Countless people who run through daily affirmations saying that they are happy, they are wealthy and so on… they repeat this without thinking… without letting the words seep into their soul, and the result is that there is a conflict between what they say and what they feel. The old “fake it till you make it” saying doesn’t apply here.
The only way to get the results is to get your whole self on board. Raising your vibration to align with a higher level in a more consistent manner will result in the manifestation of your desires.

So I have reduced these powerful, proven techniques to the very basic core, which delivers maximum results for the least amount of input.
Note that “least amount of input” doesn’t mean “NO input!” You still have “work” to do, or as I like to say “play”, but when the results start to kick in, it will never feel like work again.
