Reiki is a simple energy practice that promotes natural healing on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) of our internal and external world.
HOW TO USE YOUR REIKI CARDS
Each card has been infused with healing Reiki energy as well as Reiki symbols by two Reiki Masters.
You can shuffle the cards to infuse them with your energy, while affirming “tell me what I need to know,” or you can have a question in mind.
Then draw one card, and see what message it has for you.
Or, you can choose one card, and meditate on the picture and meaning of the card.
You could also work through a different card each day and use in your own self-healing.
